Zenith Forge is an TS16949:2002 certified company and we are continually improving and upgrading our quality systems to give our customers a better product. Some of our quality methodology is outlined below.

• Zenith Forge is committed to customer’s satisfaction by continual improvement of process and product, and is certified as per TS16949:2002

• Zenith Forge, in the last year, has been able to maintain a 400 ppm level with a target to bring it down to 200 this financial year

• All forgings are 100% tested for physical and chemical parameters and crack detection on a percentage basis is carried out on all products

• The company will strive to achieve excellence in efficiency and productivity by active participation by each individual as a team
